Who can profit from WebDeal's 24/7 on-call engineer ?

All WebDeal customers can use our 24/7 on-call engineer service to solve problems quickly and effectively outside opening hours.

How much does this service cost ?

Prices of our 24/7 service depend on what kind of agreement the customer has signed with WebDeal. Most of our fully managed dedicated server customers have service agreements which allow free access to our engineers either from 06:00 to 23:00 or 24/7. Our web hosting and integrated services normally do NOT have free access to our engineers included in their agreement.
If you are not certain whether your service agreement includes free access to a 24/7 on-call engineer or not, we advise you to ask the engineer on duty before the service begins.

Report downtime

If you make use of our 24/7 on-call engineer service to report any downtime in our services, you will naturally not be charged any fees.
