The On-call Engineer Phone service is for the purpose of reporting critical errors and downtime on our services.

Our dedicated technician team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure you full assistance in technical matters related to WebDeal's shared and dedicated hosting services.

If you have any questions regarding domain administration, e-mail, web hotel or billing, please contact Customer Service within normal office hours.

How much does this service cost ?

You may report downtime and critical errors by calling our 24/7 On-call Engineer service, free of charge.

Cases where additional technician work may apply, will be charged accordingly to your Service Level Agreement (SLA) with WebDeal. If you are uncertain if your SLA includes free On Call Engineer Phone Service, please ask the WebDeal engineer on duty before the service begins.

Inquiries beyond normal office hours and technician services exceeding your SLA, will be charged according to the following price list:

Day: 08.00 – 16.00 : NOK 990,- per hour

Evening: 16.00 – 21.00: NOK 1290,- per hour

Night: 21.00 – 08.00: NOK 1990,- per hour

A minimum start-up fee of NOK 300,- may apply.
