Lead time. Another aspect we highly prioritize is lead time, which is the time it takes to get a server up and running with your configuration of choice. In a market where 24/7 support and high availability are key, lead time on hosting of dedicated servers has been oddly long, sometimes up to 2 weeks!

In cooperation with IBM, we have been able to drastically reduce lead time on mainstream enterprise configurations, such as the ones listed above, down to a mere 3 hours with our Express Setup service. Even without this option, about 85 percent of all dedicated servers we handle end up with a lead time of maximum 2 business days from when the contract is signed.
