Two forms are necessary to transfer a domain name to another organisation: “Transfer of domain registration - Overføring av domenenavn” and a “Declaration form”.
Complete the application with the following information:

• Abonnentorganisasjonen and organisasjonsnummer: Current registrant company name and organisation number
• Domenenavnet: domain name to be transferred
• ACE-form: ACE-format of domain. The conversion tool can be found here: http://www.norid.no/domenenavnbaser/ace/
• Organisasjon and organisasjonsnummer: New registrant company name and organisation number
• Navn på kontaktperson: Name of current administrative contact of the domain (Legal-C)
• Navn på organisasjon: Current registrant company name
• Sted, dato, kontaktpersonens signatur: Place, date and administrative contact's signature.
• The field “Saksnummer” will be completed later by WebDeal.
• Remember to send us a “Declaration form” filled out with information about the new registrant.

Please note that if the current administrative contact for the domain is unable to sign the form, another person may do so providing he/she is authorised to sign documents for the current registrant company. In this case you will also need to send us a certificate from the Norwegian register of business enterprises, Brønnøysundregistrene, attesting that.
