Amending administrative contact details

You can amend the administrative contact details by sending us a form named “Bekreftelse på endring av administrative contact”.

The form may be completed as follows:

  • Domenet: Domain name
  • Navn: New administrative contact name
  • Adresse: New administrative contact address
  • Poststed: Updated city
  • Postnummer: Updated postcode
  • Land: Country
  • Telefon: Updated telephone number
  • Faks: Updated fax number
  • E-post: Updated e-mail address
  • Faktura adresse: Please choose "Ja” if you would like to change the billing address. Choose “Nei” if you would like to keep the the current billing address.
  • Sted: Place
  • Dato: Date
  • Signatur: Signature of the current administrative contact.

A copy of the current administrative contact's ID is required to carry on the process (for example, a passport or driver's license).

For domain names owned by a Norwegian company: Please note that if the current administrative contact for the domain is unable to sign the form, another person may do so providing he/she is authorised to sign documents for the current registrant company. In this case you will also need to send us a certificate from the Norwegian register of business enterprises, Brønnøysundregistrene, attesting that.
