Who can sign the declaration form?
This legal document can only be signed by people who are authorised to sign on behalf of the company, and registered in the Brønnøysund - Register of Business Enterprises.
We use Brønnøysund's web page www.brreg.no to check signatory rights. The person who signs the declaration form must therefore be registered there.
