It is not possible to change the domain name in an existing hosting account. Usernames, e-mail addresses and order information are directly linked to the domain name. Therefore, we recommend you to place a new webhosting order. When the new domain is operative you should send us a «Cancellation of hosting account / domain services» correctly filled. Remember to send us the «Cancellation of hosting account / domain services» at least 30 days before the contract expires.
