There are two ways to report errors to WebDeal in working hours, and one way outside working hours.

  • Between 8 AM and 16 PM (CET), issues can be reported by e-mail or phone
  • Between 16 PM and 8 AM (CET), critical issues should be reported by phone

Our technical customer support team will receive the message and analyse it within minutes after registration.
